About Scott

Passionate about health and wellness in his own life, Scott is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of people living with pain, discomfort, or lack of vitality.

Using a combination of Manual Osteopathic techniques, his goal is to provide the assistance necessary to return your body to a state of internal balance.

His philosophy

Our physical well-being has an enormous impact on the quality of our lives, affecting our emotional and mental capacities as well as our overall sense of vitality and happiness.

Motion is Life, Life is Motion.A.T. Still, founder of Osteopathy

A guiding principle

Scott’s guiding principle is the phrase above, and he sees it as true of every type of body movement, right down to the micro-movement within each cell.

Movement in every part of the body

Our bodies are constantly flowing with the natural movement of:

  • Bones
  • Fascia and other tissues
  • Blood
  • Lymphatic fluid
  • Cerebrospinal fluid

Even the most minute restrictions or blocks in these vital areas of movement can compromise health. Left unreleased, they can place greater strain on the surrounding tissue and structures, and can affect the entire body.

Keeping the fluid body moving

Our bodies are made up of over 70% water, so it’s no wonder that keeping our fluid body moving is so critical. Fluids:

  • Transport nutrients and gases throughout the body
  • Enable cellular reactions to occur
  • Remove waste
  • Lubricate joints and cushion organs
  • Maintain a stable body temperature

Connected on every level

Like the concentric rings of a ripple in water, our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are intricately connected. Working with all of these levels of being, Scott’s goal is to help you maintain an optimal state of health and well-being.

Covering for Erin and James

Scott works alongside Erin and James as the clinic’s covering practitioner, so osteopathic care at Multidimensional Health can continue when they are away.
