About James
Where it started
James is an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Massage Therapist, who began practicing in 2010. He has developed a broad set of skills which he integrates in all of his treatments. In his time as a Massage Therapist he has expanded his knowledge with various courses of continuing education, with highlights including CranioSacral therapy, scar release technique, and fascial stretching.
Deepening his practice
By combining skills across massage therapy and yoga, James has worked extensively in private practice as well as at award-winning spas in the Rocky Mountains, including a highlight assisting client recovery for international heli-skiing companies, drawing on his own passion for downhill skiing. This experience pushed him to deepen his knowledge of the body and pursue a Diploma of Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
